Hi Debra; You mean that the left side of the video is off the screen, meaning you can’t see the left “1” and “9” measures? If so, if you’re using a mobile device like an iPad, you can click on the square “Full Screen” icon at the bottom right to make the video go full screen. Or if you’re using a computer/laptop, see if logging in with a different browser helps. Either way, let me know what device and what browser you’re using so I can troubleshoot further. Sorry for the trouble you’re having.
Yes Tim, that is what I mean. Just as soon as the red box is introduced, the first box is either missing or it does not have a symbol in it.
With the progression being C, Am, F, G, the C and notation is missing from space 1, then the A is shown in space 2 with notations.
OK, I know how to fix it, even though that glitch shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Down in the bottom right side of the video player it says “HD”, and if you click on that you’ll see a list of video quality options: “1080p, 600p, 600p, 600p, Automatic”. One of those “600p” resolutions doesn’t display correctly, so if “Automatic” is choosing that particular video quality resolution, it doesn’t display correctly. The solution is to select the top “1080p” option for best resolution, that will fix the issue of everything not displaying on the screen. Sorry for the trouble with that!

Great, thanks for letting me know that helped. Weird issue but at least there’s a way to fix it. I’ll keep an eye on this as far as being any sort of ongoing issue, hopefully not.
