I’ve played drums since I was nine and toured with regional acts with that instrument. I found that everybody spoke in this number system language and could adapt quickly to any song even if they never heard it before. I wanted to pick up another instrument and within a month have been able to play with other musicians and not sound amateurish but even better unlocked this magic language.
